Freelance training instructor based in South East Kent
Hi, my name is Petra and I am a freelance training instructor. I am based in Leybourne, Kent in the South East, but always happy to travel. I offer a variety of Ofqual regulated courses in First Aid, Mental Health, Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Manual Handling, that meet HSE/OFSTED/EYFS criteria. I am a qualified, highly experienced instructor who is DBS checked and First Aid trained. I come from 21 years’ experience within the hospitality sector, working in a Learning & Development role, which also included running in-house first aid.
After taking a break in 2020 to have my two children, I set up my own training consultancy business, Petrain Services. I am extremely passionate about the subjects I teach, whether that’s because of my extensive work experience managing the subjects or because of a personal connection. I pride myself on receiving regular feedback from attendees, commenting on how natural, honest, and relevant I made the training for them.
