Long Description
Our Mini Medics training is designed to give children training and confidence in dealing with First Aid situations. From a 1 hour session that covers contacting emergency services, what is first aid, staying safe, DR ABC, CPR and the recovery position, to 3 hour courses that includes everything in the 1 hour course as well as wounds and bleeding, asthma, choking and shock.
First and Safe are an independent training and consultancy service based in central Scotland. We provide fully accredited and certified HSE approved First Aid training at a venue convenient to you. We also provide certified Safeguarding training including child and adult protection.
